Terms of Service

Effective date: October 21, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cloud Storage mobile application ("App") provided by Minor App Tech ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Accounts

You can start using the App as a guest, without signing in, or create an account with a valid email address and a password or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Guest accounts. A guest account has no email address or password and is available only in the App on the device where it was created. If you uninstall the App, clear its data, or lose your device before you create an account, you lose access to the guest account and its files, and we cannot restore them. To keep your files, create an account from the guest account in the App (your files stay in your account), or sign in to an existing account (the guest account's files are moved into that account, oldest first, as far as that account's remaining storage allows; files that do not fit and files in the guest account's Trash are deleted with the guest account). Guest accounts cannot buy subscriptions.

3. Use of the Service

The App provides cloud file storage services. You may upload, store, retrieve, and delete files using the App. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• Upload files that contain malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or obscene.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or our systems.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or access to it.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with the security features of the App.
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all files and content you upload to the App. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the cloud storage service to you. This license terminates when you delete your content or your account.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and any consequences of sharing or storing that content, including files you share with others via share links.

Files you delete are moved to Trash, where they can be restored for up to 30 days before being permanently removed. Emptying the Trash removes them immediately. Files in Trash count toward your storage until they are permanently removed.

5. Plans and Storage Limits

Your storage limit depends on your account and plan:

• Guest account — 1 GB of storage, with individual uploads limited to 100 MB per file. Supported by advertising.
• Free — 15 GB of storage, with individual uploads limited to 100 MB per file, for accounts that sign in with Google or have a verified email address. New accounts registered with an email address and password have 1 GB until the email address is verified. The free plan is supported by advertising.
• 500 GB, 1 TB, and 2 TB — paid subscription plans with 500 GB, 1 TB, or 2 TB of storage. A single file can be as large as your remaining storage. No ads.
• Pro and Business — existing Pro (2 TB) and Business (10 TB) subscriptions keep their storage while they remain active. These plans are no longer offered.

Files in Trash count toward your storage. An upload that would take your storage over your limit is not accepted. We reserve the right to modify plans and storage limits at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Billing

Paid plans are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions billed through Google Play, with monthly and yearly options. Prices are shown in the App before purchase. Your Google Play account is charged at confirmation of purchase (or, if you start with a free trial, when the trial ends) and at the start of each renewal period unless you cancel. You need an account (not a guest account) to subscribe.

• Free trials — some plans may start with a free trial; the App shows the trial length and the price that follows before you subscribe. Google Play decides who is eligible for a free trial. During a free trial your storage is limited to 50 GB; the plan's full storage applies from the first payment. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, Google Play charges the plan's price and the subscription renews automatically. If you cancel during the trial, you keep the trial until it ends.
• Cancellation — cancel any time in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. When a subscription or free trial ends, your account returns to the free plan (see Section 7 if your files exceed the free plan's limit).
• Changing plans — you can change plans in the App. The Google Play purchase screen shows when the change takes effect and what you will be charged. A move to a plan with less storage takes effect at your next renewal; until then you keep your current plan. During a free trial, a move to another plan takes effect when the trial ends, and switching between monthly and yearly billing of the same plan ends the trial and is charged at once.
• Refunds — payments are processed by Google Play and refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policies.
• Your subscription and your account — a subscription is linked to the Cloud Storage account you were signed in to when you bought it. If it does not appear after reinstalling or switching devices, sign in to that same account. If it still does not appear, contact us at the address below.
• Price changes — we may change subscription prices; Google Play will notify you in advance and, where required, ask for your consent before a change applies to you.

7. Storage Over Your Limit

Your stored files can exceed your storage limit, for example when a subscription or free trial ends or when you move to a plan with less storage. While your storage is over your limit:

• Uploads are paused. You can still view, download, and delete your files.
• If your account has a verified email address, we email you a warning that states your limit and a date at least 90 days later, and reminders 30 days, 7 days, and 1 day before that date. If our email provider does not accept the first warning for delivery, no date is set, and no files are deleted under this section until a warning has been sent. We cannot tell whether an email that our provider accepted reached you (for example, if it bounced or went to spam); the App's home screen also shows the date while your storage is over your limit.
• If your storage is still over your limit after that date, we permanently delete files until it is within the limit: first files in Trash (those deleted longest ago first), then your most recently uploaded files. Deleted files cannot be recovered. We then email you how much storage was freed.
• The countdown ends as soon as your storage is within your limit again, for example after you delete files and then remove them from Trash (files in Trash still count), or subscribe to a plan with enough storage (during a free trial your limit is 50 GB). If your limit changes while a countdown is running, a new warning with a new date at least 90 days later replaces it.
• If we cannot act on a date as planned, we send a new notice with a new date at least 7 days later before we delete any files.
• Accounts without a verified email address do not receive these emails, and their files are not deleted under this section; uploads stay paused until their storage is within the limit.

Dates in our emails and in the App are calendar dates in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Files are deleted only after the stated date has ended in every time zone. These emails are service messages about your account, not marketing.

8. Inactive Accounts

• Guest accounts — a guest account that is not used for 30 days is deleted together with its files. No email is sent, because guest accounts have no email address.
• Accounts without an active plan — if an account without an active subscription or free trial is not used for 12 months, we permanently delete the files and folders in it; the account itself is kept. The 12 months count from the latest of: your last use of the App with that account, the end of your last subscription or free trial, and the date this inactivity rule first took effect. If you use the App while the deletion is running, it stops, but files already deleted cannot be recovered; if your email address is verified, we email you how much was deleted. If your email address is verified, we email you at least 30 days before the files are deleted, with reminders 7 days and 1 day before, and a confirmation afterwards. Accounts without a verified email address do not receive these emails.
• Using the App with your account, or starting a subscription or free trial, cancels the deletion. The date rules in Section 7 (UTC dates, and a new notice when a date cannot be acted on as planned) also apply here.

9. Advertising

Guest accounts and the free plan are supported by advertising served by Google. Where required by law (for example, in the EEA/UK), you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can review or withdraw your consent at any time in the App under Profile → Privacy options. Paid plans and free trials do not show ads. Advertising data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App (Profile → Delete Account) or via our web page at https://cloud-storage-f0662.web.app.

When you delete your account, your account and everything stored in it (uploaded files, folders, file metadata, and sign-in credentials) are permanently deleted at once, and we ask RevenueCat to delete its record of your account. This cannot be undone. Some purchase, analytics, and email delivery records are kept, as described in Section 5 of our Privacy Policy.

A guest account and its files can be deleted in the App (Profile → Delete guest data). A guest account has no email address or password, so it cannot be deleted through the web page; a guest account that is not used for 30 days is deleted automatically (Section 8).

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play and must be cancelled separately in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users, us, or third parties. In the event of termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Service Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We are not responsible for any loss of data, although we take reasonable measures to protect your files. You are encouraged to maintain backup copies of important files.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minor App Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

15. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Minor App Tech operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
