Why do I need to sign in?
Account deletion requires identity verification to prevent unauthorized deletion. Sign in with your email and password, or with Google if you created your account with Google.

Using the app as a guest?
A guest account has no email address or password, so it cannot be deleted here. Delete it in the app under Profile → Delete guest data. If you have already uninstalled the app, nothing more is needed: a guest account and its files are deleted automatically after 30 days without use.

Forgot your password?
Use the link above to reset your password via email. After resetting, return here and sign in with your new password to delete your account.

Have an active subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Google Play and are not cancelled when you delete your account. To stop future charges, cancel the subscription in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions (before or after deleting your account).

Lost access to your email?
If you still know your password, sign in above. If you forgot it and can no longer receive email at that address, we cannot verify that the account is yours, so we cannot delete it.

Is anything kept?
Some purchase, analytics, and email delivery records are kept by the services that hold them; see Section 5 of our Privacy Policy.
